Rockers and Floors |
So, now with the new doors, I can go about finishing up the drivers side rocker "stuff" |
With the inner structure finally rebuilt and primed I can start fitting the outer and inner rockers. I sluffed off a little bit in taking my pictures during this phase of the process. But, after prepping the outer rocker, putting in and taking it out about 25 times, I have a door gap along the bottom of about .200 which is plenty good in my book!! |
My next step, my roadmap if you will, it to removed the outer rocker reinforcement piece on the passenger side. This is the piece that runs the length of the rocker along the underside. Its a chore to remove, and I'm not looking forward to it, but it has to be done. Once that piece is out, I'll see if I need to replace the outer rocker on the passenger side. I'm hoping I won't have to |
